Recently, the national car customers satisfaction index evaluation revealed, China's car industry 2002 year

enterprises in the customer satisfaction index were higher than the national index.

and other technical performance assessment than the sound insulation, sealing, interior, surface evaluation.

design, instrument panel, paint and other items. In terms of quality of service, the user to purchase a car

sales service, convenient assessment than the repair outlets, repair charge quantity evaluation.

Concerned expert thinks, from this evaluation results and the United States of America similar evaluation

results can be seen in contrast, China's automobile quality compared with the international level difference

is bigger.

According to the introduction, this test data by the interviewer by means of questionnaires collected,

effective sample contains 29 province urban districts of our country more than 3000 car users. The method

overcomes the shortcomings of traditional satisfaction evaluation method has many defects, the result is

more accurate, more information, can reveal the user satisfaction and loyalty of the deep reasons and
